PolyFob Creations Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom, personalized, preorder, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. After processing, delivery times vary depending on the shipping service and destination. Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PolyFob Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package resent.

Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
Once your order ships, please use the tracking information provided to monitor your delivery.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

A package marked delivered by the carrier does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. We will gladly provide available shipping and tracking information to assist you with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@polyfob.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders at our PolyFob Creations storefront. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.
